Put a mirror on it.

Windows aren't an intuitive place to hang a mirror, they are -however- the best place for one. The natural light coming from behind is a sure way to guarantee you're not more oompa loompa looking than you had intended..

There are 4,962 good things happening in this photo: the tile, the lucite and chrome vanity, the mirror, the light sprinkling in. Who cares about the rest of the house, I'll just live in this room.

Simply modern.

I especially love that nothing is centered here. There are always those tiny tight water closets where space planning can be quite a challenge. Sometimes it's ok to go against the assumptions and just put things where it makes sense, regardless of window location.

A vanity against a floor to ceiling window is another great idea (that sure is a cute little vanity).

Hope everyone is enjoying the warm summer nights, I know I am..

great post!
I love hanging mirrors over a window, just like I love placing a bed with head board in front of a window..... surrounds the area with such gorgeous lighting.

Love the interiors and the amazing antique pieces of the room.

The lucite and chrome details are really spectacular in the first photograph. I would love to have that kind of natural light in my bathroom.

Never thought of hanging mirror on a window. I think I need to change the location of the mirror in my dressing room.
